Patient Arrival Policy

We make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during their visits, however they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a short, locked leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. If you know your pet will not do well in the waiting room, please let the Client Care Representative know when you are scheduling your appointment. If we know this ahead of time, we can prepare by holding an exam room and we can show you right in when you arrive.

 Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. Please be aware, a delayed arrival charge may be incurred if you arrive 10 or more minutes after your scheduled appointment time. In some cases, you may be asked to reschedule. These policies are intended to help maintain the appointment flow, as well as decrease the incidence of missed appointments. 
 
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Please allow up to 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so that we may meet the needs of another patient. If an appointment is missed altogether, without notification, a deposit will be required to reschedule. The deposit will go towards your next appointment, but a less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule will result in the deposit being forfeited. We confirm your appointment 1-2 days before your scheduled time based on what you choose for your appointment confirmation preference (text message, e-mail, or automated phone call), so please call ASAP if you have questions or need to make changes. 

New Clients

We are happy to welcome new clients to our practice! A deposit is required for all new clients. Deposits go toward your first visit, but if you need to cancel or reschedule, it is refundable if you do so 24 business hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time. After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Please call (603) 437-1010 to schedule.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. You can request a treatment plan if you need to prepare. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks, cash, and Care Credit. We offer 6 months, interest free on transactions $200.00 and above with Care Credit. You can apply for Care Credit at www.carecredit.com.
